Site Analysis
Includes both ends of the site selection process:
1. Started with a specific land use, was tasked with finding a site that either had an "as of right" or easily amended Zoning/Future Land Use Plan for the given use.
2. Started with a site and needing to determine what sort of development or redevelopment project will yield the highest and best use.

Asset Management Analysis
Given a complex asset management scenario where we were had to play the role of CFO in the holding company. Were tasked with providing a guidance report based on the analysis of in-place and potential income streams. Furthermore we had to assess the risk profile of each undertaking.

Market Analysis
Given a complex scenario from the ULI, we worked in teams with specific roles. My role was to that of the Marketing Director for a Development Company. Tasked with the market analysis of the ULI scienario and to work hand in hand with the regulatory and financial directors to propose guidance on what demand exists for products that can be built either as of right or with a minimal amendment.
