BIO: Mr. Paladino is originally from the agrarian paradise of Rural Central Arkansas. He cut his teeth in CRE in the highly competitive SEFL market area over the last six years. Mr. Paladino has been licensed for real estate in both Arkansas and Florida. He holds an active broker's license as an independent sole proprietor in the State of Florida and has filed for a reciprocal broker's license in the State of Arkansas.
Currently, Mr. Paladino is pursuing his Juris Doctorate at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Previously, Mr. Paladino worked as a commercial broker for various big name firms and participated in the Marcus and Millichap Miami's advanced underwriting internship while achieving honor graduate status from the Masters of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) program in the Terry W. Stiles School of Real Estate Development within the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University (NSU).
In undergrad, Mr. Paladino graduated magna cum laude as a double major concentrated in Psychology and History at the University of Central Arkansas. He was very active during his undergraduate being a founding father of a fraternity and serving in various leadership roles such as vice-president of the treasury and president of the colony.
Directly out of college, Mr. Paladino was recruited and trained as a business-to-business (B2B) consultant with a concentration in value-added solution selling methods by Hewlett-Packard (HP). During his successful tenure in the IT industry he had the opportunity to serve in the B2B salesforce of multiple Fortune 500 companies, including: Hewlett-Packard (HPQ), Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Insight Enterprise (NSIT).
Laser-like focus, ability to execute and attention to detail have been the hallmarks of his career. He leverages an excellent command of psychological principles, leadership experience and an unrelenting attitude, to determine the best course of action for obtaining strategic compromise and a successful negotiation.
